After someone banged into my car while parked, I spent a good hour on the phone with the insurance company, patiently countering their numerous attempts to steer me to their preferred (and overpriced) body shops. Not only did Frank give me a better estimate than anyone else, he worked with the insurance adjuster to cut through all the nonsense. Frank kept me informed through the whole process, and when the work was complete my car looked like it had just rolled off the line. I can’t speak highly enough of him.

Impeccable work! These guys fixed two different issues on my Toyota Prius – a giant dent in the back panel and a large paint scratch. Gave me a very reasonable quote (1k less than another shop had quoted) and worked with my insurance to make sure I’d be able to get the repairs and not pay a ton out of pocket. When the work was done, my car looked brand new. What struck me most was how kind, genuine and honest everyone who works there felt. I worked with Oscar and Frank to get the repairs done and they handled everything with so much courtesy and respect.
I brought in my Toyota with 4 doors keyed. )-: Frank the owner was so very friendly and helpful. He made calls for me, spoke with AAA and car rental. The entire staff was friendly and they looked happy. The time estimate was 2 weeks, but it took him 7 days. My car looks AMAZING like it had just been driven from the showroom. It is sparkling, shiny, LIKE NEW. They detailed the car inside and out including armor-all on the tires. New car smell. WOW!!!! This erased the sadness I had when I had discovered it had been vandalized. So very happy. If I could give them a 10 I would.
Frank is THE BEST! Absolutely indisputably the best at what he does. He is super reasonable with pricing and him and his team always go above and beyond. I will always take my cars to him and recommend everyone else does too.
Amazing work. I had some pretty heavy valet damage to my 2011 Mercedes E350 wagon and got some recommendations for body shops. This one was on the list and had good reviews so I stopped in. Bill was friendly and relaxed and gave me a very fair estimate for the work on the spot. I just got my car back and it is perfect. I mean PERFECT. I had two body panels redone on one side and had them refinish a couple other areas that were in bad shape. I couldn’t be happier with the work. The repairs are invisible and the paint looks factory fresh. I feel like I’m driving a new car again. Thanks.
